I've had to take a hiatus from posting on Archatechs (reminder that the new URL is: http://www.archatechs.com and that I no longer maintain this site) ... but there are many better WiFi Phones on the market now in the same price range. I'd encourage anyone to check out the Nokia e series smart phones... you can use them on any SIP network and since they have web browsers they fill the same niche as the Linksys. This thing really does stink.

There is a freeware program ActiveSyncToggle.exe that you can find (google it) which allows you to shut the puppy off when you don't want it. . .
